General Information Technology Management
The General management of Information Technology was established in 1398 under the vice chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs. This management consists of two positions: the General IT Manager and the Hardware and Software Technician Management.
The key responsibilities of this management include preparing weekly, monthly, and annual work plans in accordance with the annual plan of the vice chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs; providing high-speed internet services and ensuring network security; continuously monitoring servers, routers, and switches in the IT center; managing, supervising, and controlling security camera systems; resolving software-related issues of computers within the IT center and administrative departments; providing facilities such as computers, internet, and projectors for short-term courses and e-learning programs; managing and updating the university website; and creating official email accounts.
