The General Management of Public Awareness, Relations and Publications was established for the first time in the institutional structure in 1403. This management operates under the vice chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs. Within its organizational structure, it includes one additional position titled Publications Editor, which is responsible for editing and proofreading publishing materials. The key responsibilities of this management include organizing media events, meetings, and conferences at the institutional level. It is also responsible for supervising and editing published materials such as journals and faculty lecture notes, as well as institutional forms required for administrative purposes. Furthermore, the management establishes working relationships with various media outlets for the dissemination of approved reports. It also undertakes necessary actions for publishing reports and press conferences through social media platforms. In addition, it prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and reports in order to achieve the set objectives. It is also responsible for enhancing the professional capacity of its staff through workshops, seminars, and training programs.
