General management of Procurement and supply

General management of Procurement and supply operates under the vice chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs. This management was established in 1396. The core responsibilities of this management include collecting and consolidating requests for required goods and services from all faculties, departments, and management units of the university. It is also responsible for managing the procurement process through price quotations, purchasing, and contract management to ensure the provision of requested goods and services. Furthermore, in accordance with the procurement plan, the management prepares tender announcements and carries out all related procedures to procure necessary goods and services. It also ensures the application of bidding principles through competing applicants and companies for the provision of goods, services, and construction works. In order to select the most suitable offers, the management submits the proposals and documents of companies and firms to relevant experts for evaluation. Additionally, under this management, there is a Goods and Warehouse Management Unit, which is responsible for the registration and distribution of all procured items.
