General Management of Maintenance and Care
The General Management of Maintenance and Care was established in 1402. This management is responsible for the maintenance and supervision of all institutional properties, buildings, environmental protection, water supply systems, sewage systems, and electrical infrastructure. The key responsibilities of this management include ensuring the proper functioning and continuous monitoring of the university electricity system, electrical installations, telephone lines, sewage network, heating and cooling systems, as well as the preservation of green areas and the overall environment. It is also responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of building components such as metal structures, windows, doors, and other related facilities. Under this management operates the Services Management Unit, which is responsible for assessing the needs of equipment required for warehouses, buildings, water supply and sewage systems, electrical networks, and green areas, as well as submitting procurement proposals for such items. In addition, this management is responsible for the supervision and maintenance of transportation vehicles to ensure the smooth continuation of daily institutional activities without interruption.
