Committee of Capacity Building

The Committee of Capacity Building operates at the university level to enhance the skills and competencies of academic staff, administrative employees, and students based on identified needs.

Its key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments for academic staff, administrative staff, and students; selecting qualified trainers for workshops and seminars based on these needs; and preparing relevant training materials. The committee also organizes timely seminars, workshops, and training programs for all three groups to support professional development and improve overall institutional capacity.
