Planning and Policy Committee

The Planning and Policy Committee operates at the university level and is responsible for the development of plans and institutional policies.

Its key responsibilities include formulating the university’s strategic plan, organizing seminars and workshops related to strategic planning, developing implementation plans for the strategic framework, and monitoring their execution. The committee also reviews strategic plans of faculties and departments, and examines as well as finalizes policies and procedures for other committees across the university.

Through these functions, the committee plays a central role in ensuring structured planning, effective policy development, and coordinated institutional progress.
